About
Our spacious and charming holiday home is within walking distance of the villages of Bagni di Lucca, surrounded by the green Tuscan hills. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature while staying close to activities and cultural attractions.
The house offers sweeping views of the surrounding valleys and hills.
There is a large private infinity pool (13 × 4.5 m), with a shallow area for young children. In the evening, you can unwind as the sun slowly sets beyond the horizon; a beautiful way to end the day.
Outside, several inviting dining areas await, along with a traditional forno (stone oven) and gas or charcoal barbecues.
Inside, the spacious layout is ideal for families or groups of friends. There are two bathrooms and four bedrooms with eight beds, plus two cots and a folding bed for an additional guest if needed. Bed linen and towels are provided. The house offers comfort for all ages, with a large, well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, several areas to relax and a games room for the children.
Everything is designed for a carefree and comfortable holiday.
The area around Bagni di Lucca has plenty to offer for both outdoor enthusiasts and culture lovers. Adventurers of all ages can enjoy rafting, kayaking, canyoning or swimming in nearby rivers and gorges. Walkers and nature lovers can explore the green hills, forests and scenic trails, while food lovers will find excellent local restaurants that remain largely undiscovered by mass tourism.
The region also offers a wealth of cultural experiences. Explore the villages of Bagni di Lucca or visit charming nearby towns such as Barga and Castelnuovo di Garfagnana. Alternatively, spend a day discovering the renowned Tuscan cities of Pisa, Lucca, Pistoia and Florence.
For those who love the sea, the Tuscan coast is within an hour’s drive. Visit picturesque Pietrasanta, just inland from the coast, or the exclusive seaside town of Forte dei Marmi—perfect for a day at the beach, shopping or dinner with a sea view.
BEAUTIFULL SETTING AMONG GRAPEVINES
The house was very well maintained and fully equipped. The insect screens allowed us to leave the windows open at night, while the air conditioning kept part of the house pleasantly cool. The décor is calm and cosy, and it was lovely to find board games in the cupboard.
A beautiful setting among grapevines, fruit trees and woodland. Located at the end of a quiet dead-end lane, the house offers complete tranquillity. We loved relaxing in the garden, where we were occasionally treated to visits from wildlife, including deer and roe deer.
